The WorshipSession software is licenced, not bought. You must agree to abide by the terms of this licence, otherwise your right to use the software may be revoked.
The WorshipSession Team grants the purchaser a non-exclusive right to use the software, and to access the restricted areas of the WorshipSession Web site.
The licence is on a "per user" basis, but it is not restricted to one computer, or even (necessarily) one site. You may install the software on computers used for preparation of worship. Only one email address will be registered for support purposes, and only one user should access the database to download songs.
The name of the licensee is displayed continually on the screen. In a typical case where the software is used by a church, the licence covers any presentation sponsored by that church, including Sunday services, midweek meetings, homegroups, etc.
You must not pass the WorshipSession software or your registration details to others, or allow others to make copies of the software.
In the case where the licensee is part of a group or denomination, you should purchase one licence for each site where song projection is used.
Bible text - if your WorshipSession installation includes a copyrighted Bible translation, you must abide by the separate licence terms for the Bible text. Generally you will not be permitted to install the text on more than one computer.
CCL Licence required - the majority of the songs in the WorshipSession database are copyrighted, and to use them you must hold a valid CCL licence. You must supply your CCL licence number when you register as a WorshipSession user, and if you allow your CCL licence to lapse at any time, your right to use the copyrighted songs ceases, and you must delete them from your WorshipSession installation.
No warranty - the WorshipSession software is licenced "as is" and no warranty is given as to its suitability for any purpose. The WorshipSession team accepts no liability for the failure of the software to operate in any particular circumstance.
Web site access - the licensee is granted access to the subscription areas of the WorshipSession Web site, and may freely download song Items, resources, examples, and software updates. Whilst we make every effort to ensure the availability of the Web site, this cannot be guaranteed and the WorshipSession Team accepts no liability in the event of temporary Web site failure.
Web server usage - you may not use the Web server in any way that is illegal, or detrimental to other Users. Your usage of the Web server is recorded, and unusually heavy usage may lead to your subscription being terminated.
Ownership - WorshipSession is a product of Delta Lights, and all intellectual property contained therein is copyrighted and remains the property of Delta Lights at all times.
